About the trainers
Peggy Lushine is the Group Sales Manager of Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, where approximately one quarter of audience members attend as part of a group. Peggy has been with CDT for over 10 years, beginning as a part-time Box Office reservationist. She is a board member of Tour Minnesota Association.

Joel Rainville has been in leading positions in arts marketing for more than ten years; currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres; the nation’s largest professional dinner theatre. Prior to joining the team at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, Joel worked at The Ordway in Saint Paul and prior to that at the Minnesota Fringe Festival where he developed that organization’s first strategic marketing plan and a patron research program.

This training is part of a 4-part training series with the Minnesota Theater Alliance:
• February 22: Social Media Strategy Boost
• April 19: Marketing 101
• May 24: Growing Group Sales
• June 21: Build Your Patron Journey (free training, open to all)

* There are no refunds or exchanges on registrations. However, registrations are transferable within your organization! We encourage organizations to register for the full series, and interchange who attends each training session.
